By clicking on the iXmate™ HRM for Polar™ icon on your Palm OS Handheld, this screen will appear. By clicking on one of the archive files, the icons at the bottom of the page are shown. If required, use the scrollbar to choose your files.

Remark
In order to transfer your data from your Polar™ heart rate monitor (model providing an IRDA infrared communication port, for example Polar™ S710i), prepare your watch for data transmission (according to the Polar™ user manual).
By positioning your watch opposite the IRDA receptor of your Palm OS Handheld and then click on the icon to proceed with data transmission.

For a precise analysis of a curve, you can use the « zoom » function.
Procedure
1. Use your Palm™ pen to click on the « zoom » icon
2. Click on the screen at the starting point of the zone to be analysed.
3. Move your pen to the right to fix the scope of your selection.

Procedure
To analyse a curve, create the zoom of your choice.
Click again on the « zoom » icon to deactivate the function.
Simply use your Palm pen to click on the chart in order to obtain the desired information.

By clicking on the icon entitled « legend » , you will access this screen.
You can deactivate / activate different types of information by marking the boxes on the left of the texts.
Scale: 1:1 = without modification, 1:10 = factor 10, 1:100 = factor 100. |

Remark
The information available on this screen depends on the model of your Polar™ IRDA watch. Please consult www.polar.fi to obtain supplementary information in terms of the types of watches available on the market.
Only information with a « viewed » in the box will appear on the analysis screen.

Your main iXmate™ software offers you a configuration function for your intensity zones. iXmate™ HRM for Polar™ allows for an easy and fast analysis of your training times in your different preconfigured zones. |

| 7. File identification |

iXmate™ HRM for Polar™was created for the direct use in the field in order to control and better calibrate the impacts of your training sessions.
Therefore, the very fast transmission of the data was one of the main priorities of the concept. Following data transmission, you can choose to either:
delete the file if you do not specifically need it ; save your file and enter a precise description. |

Procedure
Click on the file icon to access the screen on the left.
Rename the file and, if required, add a specific description.
Click on the viewed icon to confirm or on delete to leave without saving.
