	Installation of the standard software
1.	Download the latest version of the software from www.iXmate.com
2.	If you would like to work with the Palm OS Handheld, make sure that the synchronisation of your Handheld is installed and functioning.
3.	Carry out the downloaded installation program.
4.	Choose the installation language.
5.	Read and accept the user licence.
6.	Choose the register for installation.
7.	At the end of the installation you have the opportunity to acquire the latest available information about the iXmate software.
8.	If the option Handheld has been selected, the installation of the software on the Palm OS will be carried out automatically during the next synchronisation.

	Installation of the software, which was recommended by a coach.
1.	After your coach registered you in his iXmate coach edition™ software an email is sent to you. Click on the appropriate text link in the email to download your iXmate user edition™.
2.	If you want to work with a Palm OS handheld, you must ensure that the synchronization of your organiser is installed and functions.
3.	Carry out the downloaded installation program.
4.	Choose the installation language.
5.	Read and accept the user licence.
6.	Choose the register for installation.
7.	At the end of the installation you have the opportunity to acquire the latest available information about the iXmate software.
8.	If the option 'Handheld' has been selected, the installation of the software on the Palm OS will be carried out automatically during the next synchronisation.

	Installation of a trial licence
1.	If you have downloaded the iXmate user edition™ trial version, or received it from your trainer by email, a trial licence will be automatically installed when you confirm your identity the first time you run the software. This licence lasts for 30 days.
2.	If you have acquired a licence through your trainer but you had already registered, you must confirm that you agree to synchronise data with your trainer.

	Installation of a registered licence
1.	If you have purchased the iXmate user edition™ the licence will be automatically installed when you confirm your identity the first time you run the software. This licence lasts for one year and your software will remind you when it is due for renewal. If you don’t wish to renew your licence you can continue to use the iXmate user edition™ but you won’t have access to future software updates.

iXmate coach edition™

	Install the software locally.
1.	Download the latest version of the software from www.iXmate.com.
2.	Carry out the downloaded installation program.
3.	Choose the installation language.
4.	Read and accept the user licence.
5.	Choose the register for installation.
6.	At the end of the installation you have the opportunity to acquire the latest available information about the iXmate software.

	Install the software over a network.
